Karena anda akan menjual “tenaga dan pikiran” anda, maka resume anda harus dituliskan dalam bentuk menonjolkan keahlian, pendidikan yang memang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan tempat anda ingin bekerja

Idealnya, resume kerja itu haruslah sesuai dengan orang yang akan membaca resume itu, dan bukannya hanya memenuhi keinginan anda. Tujuan anda membuat resume adalah menekankan kesesuaian antara kualifikasi anda dengan tuntutan kerja di perusahaan yang anda lamar.
